Action "detail" on the item list will direct you to detailed information about merchandises on individual pages.
Put your selection into a Shopping Basket from individual pages by clicking "buy".
You can put any number of items from any categories in the shop.
Review your selection at the Shopping Basket where you can change and update your selections.
Then fill in the Order Form to generate an order. Press "submit" button to send it.
You will receive a response screen from the server and an e-mail as a "record of the ordering entry". If you do not receive an "record of the ordering entry" from the server, please check
your e-mail address you have just entered in the Order Form if it is correct.
When you receive the "record of the ordering entry", please check your order and amount and shipping address as well. If there is any change, please return the mail to us quickly.
As we receive your order, we will check stocks, and review the shipping/handling cost manually. We will send you an e-mail to confirm your order only if there is any problem.
For our international customers (outside Japan), Visa or MasterCard is accepted. We do not accept Bank Transfer or Bank Check.
For our domestic customers within Japan, Yamato COD is the standard method. Please place the order at Kodokan Internet Shop - Domestic - version.
If you have any difficulties in sending orders directly from your computer, we accept orders by facsimile also.
