Returns & Exchanges

• We accept only credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) for orders from overseas. The charge will be made with Japanese yen. Your credit card company will exchange the rate and you will be settled with your currency.


• We do not accept Bank Transfer or Bank Check.


• For our domestic customers within Japan, Yamato COD is the standard method. Please place the order at Kodokan Internet Shop - Domestic - version.


• We will charge to your credit card at the time when merchandises are shipped.
  

• You are able to estimate your shipping cost by yourself with a Shopping Basket.
  The Shipping Cost Calculator refers to the cost of EMS (International Express Mail Service), our standard method, which is one of the fast/safe method of shipping.
  
  In any case, we will review the result of calculation and will let you know when any cost adjustment should be made.
  
  
• When you have chosen other means of shipping than we have recommended, we do not take any responsibility of any loss during the shipping accidents. However we are pleasee to estimate the shipping cost upon your request only for books.
  
  
• For the overseas shipping, the shipping cost includes some amount of handling charge. It is to settle export and documentations for each country's requirement.
  
  
• Taxes and applicable duty charges, if assessed, are paid by recipient.

• Books are exchangable only when there are any erratic pagination or any missing pages. Please note that any videotape is not returnable.
  
  
• Please enclose your "Return Form" printed on the delivery statement in your return package (please write the reason to return) in case there are any mishandlings or any defects. We will exchange it to a new merchandise.
  
  
• We do not take any responsibility of any loss during the return shipping accidents.
